Lauren Campbell
Founder & Managing Broker

Lauren has worked alongside owners and developers for almost a decade, first as an analyst and investment sales specialist and later as a local investment firm's head of real estate. Today, she focuses on providing clients with curated, on-demand brokerage and development assistance.

She collaborates with investors, landholders, and developers to take their projects from acquisition to stabilization – often working on ground-up projects and adaptive reuse and redevelopment opportunities. Her work spans the acquisition and entitlement phases, as well as leasing and disposition.

Lauren can provide valuable assistance and insight for those individuals or groups who work with Opportunity Zones - having worked on dozens of Opportunity Zone deals since its inception in late 2017.

Kyle Masterson
Co-Founder

Kyle entered the real estate industry in 2007 and continues to showcase his remarkable abilities in identifying off-market opportunities, leveraging long-standing community relationships, and creating strategic placemaking initiatives.

As a native of St. Petersburg, Kyle has a deep understanding of the Tampa Bay markets. He provides exceptional value to his clients through his expertise in sales, leasing, and analyzing real estate opportunities.
